"The hotel is well-positioned for those who want to explore Aix. The hotel has beautiful grounds (if it's sunny) and there is a gorgeous pool outdoors for those who like to lounge. Downside, poor service in the bar -- overwhelmed staff with insufficient staff to serve guests in a timely fashion. Makes it difficult if you are trying to be more casual and get a bite to eat or drink there. Skimpy on things like amenities to the skin and hair -- no hair conditioner in the room or in the spa. No body...

The service was impeccable, the rooms were exceptional, the property was phenomenal and the spa was one of the best spas I have ever visited. This hotel deserves more notoriety and I’m sure they will receive it! "

"Stunning property but the staff and customer service were seriously lacking for an establishment of this caliber. Perhaps it was due to the season just starting but the staff seamed unorganized and lacked the finesse and professionalism we expected. Additionally, the sole restaurant serving dinner was fully booked and we were told we could dine in the bar, which only serves unrefined snack food, which was not desirable nor acceptable. "
