"For all inclusive we did find it odd to shut down buffets and turn them into restaurants at dinner time. One buffet was never open. Only one snack bar on site. This could be because our last day there they sectioned off the entire resort with construction fencing? IDK but I would choose a different resort because we had a difficult time finding snacks / food without walking the entire resort. "

"Everyone was very good to us here. The kids had a blast. I wish they had a pool with steps to get in and out of easier and I wish there was a way to limit people coming down to the pool at 6 and claiming chairs for the whole day. It was a super stay and you couldn't ask for a nicer staff.We will be back"

"From checking in to checking out, everything at Valentin Imperial mayas was great. The grounds are kept impeccably clean, the staff is friendly and professional and the all of the restaurants we visited were great. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very helpful thoughout our stay. Guadalupe did a wonderful job in our room. Franscisco, Milcia, Omar and Alan were some of the servers who made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning."

"Loved how family friendly the property was. Even though adults were drinking all day noone got super sloppy and the activities were appropriate around kids. The service was also excellent. Only complaint was the lack of ability to get a meal reservation. Members were able to book 3 days in advance, everyone else had to wait until morning of and we never were able to actually get one."
