"The place is in a perfect location to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was great but this hotel needs a serious remodel. For the kind of money you are playing this place should be in better condition. The carpets are extremely dirty and the bathroom is extremely outdated. Being that this hotel is apart of the Hilton brand I would expect better conditions. Sadly, the rooms are old and outdated. Breakfast was good but needs a little more options. "

"I enjoyed my stay (one night) in one of their villas, separate from the hotel. There's a lot to take in due to its size; dining locations, facilities, villas etc. Seems very family orientated with optional scheduling for all ages. The rooms were comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. I ate a delicious breakfast and lunch on the grounds, a true dining experience."

"Our check-in hostess, Manager Savannah, started our stay off wonderfully by saying, "It's all about the client" - and she meant it. We couldn't have asked for anybody better. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was excellent. Also, India, reservation hostess, treated us with kindness and respect and made our stay better. The room was was very nice but the seating was limited. It would have been nicer with a couch for comfort. The river view was amazing and certainly added to our experience at the hotel. We were in Jacksonville to attend an event at the Florida Theatre, and the hotel's location was perfect and very convenient. "
