"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and it won’t be the last. Whilst it might not be the flashiest hotel, it is perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. The staff are always so kind and friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The pool is great with plenty of sun beds and a great little swim up pool bar. I’ll be back for sure."

"We stayed at the St. Regis in early April as a family of five, including two small children, and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. Initially, we had checked into another 5-star property, but the location didn’t meet our expectations, and we decided to move to St. Regis—a decision we’ll always be glad we made. While the physical property itself is breathtaking, what truly sets St. Regis apart is its exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members, including the Manager, Felix, who consistently provided extraordinary assistance throughout our stay. It felt as though the entire staff knew our family by name, greeting us whenever we walked by or entered a restaurant—this level of personalized service was remarkable. We were assisted by several butlers (Putra, Ernie, & Edi) during our visit, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our children still talk about Edi, who kindly drove them to the kids' club when we realized we were running late for our spa appointment. Beyond the impeccable service, the breakfast options were incredible, with a wide variety to suit every palate. The private beach was a unique feature, elevating our Bali experience, although we spent much of our time relaxing by the stunning pools. We’re already planning our next trip back to St. Regis. The only downside is that the team has set such a high standard that we’re unsure if any other hotel will be able to compete!"

"Excellent family resort and also has a secluded adult section. Very popular with Australians. Excellent dining options in and around the resort. Service and facilities are outstanding. Beach is great BUT weedy if you wish to dive in. I'd highly recommend the resort."

"The Conrad has beautiful facilities, fabulous rooms which are cleaned every day. The grounds at immaculate and kept in pristine condition. There are 3 restaurant’s to eat at along with room and pool service. The swimming pool is enormous and wraps around the hotel. It’s not verr deep so excellent for the children. The hotel has bicycles to ride and plenty of sun lounges with huge umbrellas. At night time there is evening entertainment and all the night lights and candles around the hotel create a wonderful atmosphere. The Spa is wonderful with its own pool, sauna and steam room. All the employees at the hotel are amazingly friendly, kind and considerate and really want to help you. I will definitely return. "
